We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.

If you feel that you may be having an allergic reaction to our product discontinue use and immediately contact a doctor or your physician. We ask all customers to perform a  patch test before using any of our products. This safety precaution can eliminate severe reactions.

All items are handcrafted and manually poured in small quantities to ensure productivity. Please allow 3-7 business days for processing. Orders placed on the weekend or major holidays will be processed the following business day. Due to COVID-19 restrictions there may be some delays.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address provided is the address intended for your shipment to be delivered to. If for some reason your address was incorrect after placing your order please try to notify us ASAP using our contact page before a label is created. If the package was shipped before notifying us but then returned, we can correct the address and invoice you (the buyer) for shipping to the corrected address. 

If your item arrives damaged send an email to info@lanjasessentials.com. Please include your name, order/invoice number, and images of the damages within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

We are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. If you feel your item was lost or stolen please provide the carrier with your tracking information and have them start an investigation.

All refunds are processed as store credit on a case by case basis. 

We do not accept returns due to the type of products we sell. We have implemented this as a safety precaution to keep everyone safe. 

Once an order has been placed and processed for shipping we are unable to cancel an order. 

If you receive the wrong item(s) please send your name, order/invoice number and a picture of the wrong item to info@lanjasessentials.com and we will send the correct item within 3 business days.
